Dear Friend,
It is very important to me that you understand why I charge minimum fees. They are based on the “Value” principle. A trouble fixed in 15 minutes is more valuable to both of us than a trouble that takes all day. I charge a minimum of $25.00 for single line home repairs and a minimum of $50.00 for multi line systems in small business or large homes. I should be able to isolate where and what your problem is on the first try, but I will gladly give you a second look by e-mail or phone without charge if we need it. It does not take long to fix the problem if you know where to look and what to look for. If we cannot fix your telephone, we will more than likely uncover a bigger problem (major problem), that may require the assistance of an electrician or on-site technical advisor.
My minimum charge for local onsite repairs is $100.00 during the first hour and $25.00 per additional quarter hour, while on site. Example: Your repair onsite takes me 1hr and 15 minutes, I will charge you $125.00 rather than $100.00 for each additional hour. I break out my time by 15 minute increments after the first hour.
