#1-Describe your trouble. Example: (All my telephones are noisy).

#2-Is the trouble on one set or all phones?

#3-Do you have the same trouble on every telephone call?

#4-Do you have a telephone that works well on every call? (You need a telephone in good working order to complete this test . Test your telephone at the neighbors house, so we know that it works.)

#5-Where is the telephone in trouble located? Example: (Basement family room)

#6-How many lines (Dial tones) are in your home or office?

#7-Does your multi-line set have the same trouble on all lines?

#8-How many levels to your home or business and do you have a basement that is dry?

#9-Are all the problem telephones located on one floor?

#10-How long have you had this problem?

#11-Promise me you have read the safety information in of which I have provided under the safety button. Understand that I cannot be responsible for your actions! I am not there in person to guide you. Any harm to you or your equipment is unlikely, but there is always a chance of an accident. If you are very careful and follow my instructions you have a great chance of repairing your telephone problem without incident.
